Seven Calorie Burning Tips
1) Move More
Inactive people burn something like one-third less calories per day. Only utilizing every opportunity to move can produce quite a spectacular modification to the amount of calories you burn in a day. Lesser actions will add up over time to a lot of calories. The trick is to go on moving throughout your day. Jot down the word 'move' on post-it notes and leave them in areas you will notice them when you are sitting still. Next, take each occasion to move - here's some ideas for burning additional calories:
Tap your feet
Sway your legs
Stand up and stretch
Swing your head from side to side
Move positions
Move about and twitch
Pace up and down
Use the restroom upstairs
Park your car in the furthest space of the parking lot
Get up as soon as you're on the phone and step from side to side
Clench and let go your muscles
2) Eat Little and Often
Studies suggest that consuming small meals every 2-4 hours will keep your metabolism burning faster than larger, less frequent meals. When you consume small amounts regularly your body is constantly working to process and take in food which requires energy.
3) Eat Fat
If you want to feel good and keep the fat off you should first consume it. Fat not only tastes great our bodies require it to operate efficiently. By consuming several servings of 'healthy' fats every day you can actually fuel your calorie burning potential. Take a crack at utilizing fats like Flaxseed oil, hempseed oil, olive oil, avocados, salmon, albacore tuna, nuts and seeds into your diet daily.
4) Drink Cold Water
Evidence shows that your body might expend many more calories trying to raise cold water to the temperature of your body than it does for hot drinks. And overall staying well hydrated is able to help your body's metabolic processes burn faster.
5) Work out With Weights
Training with weights boosts your metabolism in a few ways. By lifting weights you will create muscle tissue, and muscle tissue is metabolically active, so it requires calories even while vegging out. As a result, it helps to augment fat-burning enzymes in your body.
6) Spice up
Eating hot spices could speed up your metabolism. Just half a teaspoon of cinnamon each day can help enhance metabolism and keep blood sugar levels in check. Can't tolerate the contemplation of cinnamon in your morning cup of coffee? Spice up with cayenne, crushed red pepper or wasabi.
7) Consume More Protein
Protein requires a substantially more complex digestive process by your body's systems in order to be digested and used as fuel. For instance, 100 calories of protein may take up to 30 calories to digest. Protein also takes a longer time to process and helps to stabilize blood sugar for longer periods of time and this can help you to not overeat later on in the day. Eat a serving of protein at every mealtime and as part of your snacks and you are able to increase the entire number of calories you burn each day.

All About The Ideal Stomach Workouts
There are many resources available for finding the best stomach exercises, and plenty of people to say what they consider the best, so how can a person decide for themselves which truly are the best exercises for working their stomach muscles?Organization can be the downfall of many an home office worker. You can start the day with your desk neat, tidy and completely organized and after the first hour of a busy day, disaster strikes. Your desk looks like a hurricane hit it. Some suggestions for keeping your desk organized include taking “regrouping” breaks, creating project areas, and utilizing baskets in your office closet.
A “regrouping” break can be very beneficial not only for cleaning and organizing your desk but for your own mental well-being. During a busy day at work at your home office, many people find that projects, files, notes, packages, etc. are dropped on their desk by a variety of co-workers. In order not to lose your mind or control over your workload, a five or ten minute break used to clean-up and organize your desk can be very helpful. During this break, you can take time to organize the projects based on timing or urgency.
Additionally, you can glance through the projects to determine if there are any that can be completed and “off your desk” quickly. Another option is to create “project areas” on your desk and/or work area. This system can help keep various projects and the information associated with those projects from getting commingled. This is particularly helpful in a multi-task, paper and file intensive work environment. You can even label the areas of your desk or office with the name the each project. This way, co-workers can easily identify the location of a specific project they need.
Finally, there is the “basket” method to office closet organization. Several medium sized baskets or even the lids to boxes (such as boxes used to deliver reams of paper), can be used to store information for projects that are in process. This is especially helpful when you have a project that is on your office closet desk but waiting for additional information. This allows you to move the project, and all its associated content, to another location on your desk or work area without losing important pieces of information. When you are ready to work on that project again, you just need to grab the basket and the information is ready and waiting. A disorganized desk can be very distressing for you when working from home. However, by employing a few simple organization ideas, a busy day can still be a happy day.
